Finally, something worth noting over at Lulu.com

A few years back Lincoln Enterprises/Star Trek Enterprises/Roddenberry.com started selling, along with the usual scripts, Eric Stillwell's behind the scenes look at the making of "Yesterday's Enterprise." And now you can get it, in proper book form for a very reasonable price, from lulu.com.

Eric's started a blog to promote the book. You can also go straight to lulu to get your copy. For the paperback, you pay $19.95. For your money you get a hundred pages or so of behind-the-scenes info, including photographs, and you get eighty or so pages of the final teleplay of the episode. It's reformatted for this edition, and there's at least a few pages of new material, in the form of a tribute to the late Michael Piller.

I've already ordered mine, of course.

(edited to correct the price -- see Eric Stillwell's comment below)

Steve --

Thanks for posting a note about the re-release of my book "The Making of Yesterday's Enterprise" and for posting a comment on my blog as well.

I appreciate your support.

I ran into a little snag with Lulu.com when their site started offering free downloads of the book, which it wasn't supposed to be doing. So I had to incur some additional production expenses in order to rectify the situation. As a result, the price of the book was bumped up to the convention price of $19.95 -- which I think is the same amount Lincoln Enterprises used to charge.

Anyway, glad you were able to get a copy ordered at the special introductory offer!

I noticed the free downloads, but didn't mention them because I wanted to encourage people to *buy* the book. Obviously the right choice.
